3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot
¼ tsp. celery seed
½ cup mayonnaise
Malt vinegar
Tarragon vinegar
Salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Place shredded cabbage and carrots in a large serving bowl. Add mayo and mix thoroughly. Add mustard, celery seed, and sugar. Stir. Shake in equal amounts of malt vinegar and tarragon vinegar until coleslaw has the right consistency. Salt to taste. Add more sugar if desired. Serves 2-3 people.
