Bear Hunting
Weekly hunts in August and September
Sunnyside Camp offers fully guided one-week Black Bear Hunts in August and September.. We have 67 square kilometers of prime hunting ground.
- Hunting can be done by Archery, Rifle (centerfire or
black powder), Shotgun or Crossbow. (Handguns of
ANY TYPE are NOT permitted in Canada!) Please

information, and to download the non-resident
firearms declaration form which is required, plus a $25 fee to bring a weapon into Canada. - YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING A HUNGINT LICENSE FROM YOUR STATE OR PROVINCE in order to be issued a hunting license in Ontario. A hunter (solid) orange jacket and cap are mandatory. Also, bring your weapon and favorite treestand.

Saturday to Saturday Hunting/Fishing Package cost is $1600 per person U.S., and is based on 2 hunters per week, for a total of $3,200 U.S. for the weekly package (Taxes are included in price).
The package includes:
- Transportation to and from your hunting site
- Active bait sites & hunting bait
- Skinning of your trophy
- Heated light housekeeping cabin with full kitchen & bath with shower, bed linens, charcoal BBQ grill (bring your personal items, bath towel and fishing gear)
- 16ft/25HP fishing boat & motor - includes one tank of gas
- 8-day non-resident sportsmans fishing license
- Non-resident bear hunting license
- You will only be responsible for your food, export fee for your trophy ($35.00 Canadian), and additional gas for the boat if needed.
A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PER HUNTER is required to hold your reservation. The remaining
balance is due upon arrival at camp.
