Grilled Potato

2 medium potatoes
Aluminum foil
Olive oil
Garlic powder

Scrub potatoes and poke with a fork. Roll in olive oil. Dust with garlic powder. Wrap in foil and place on prepared grill. Serve with sour cream and butter. Serves 2.
